About our Yoga classes

 

Our intention is to set the scene so that you can take time away from your usual routine enabling you to recharge and rejuvenate. This is a rare experience to explore the wider scope of “Yoga”

 

Yoga Menu & Booking


 

Prue teaches a variety of Yoga based classes, personal one to one yoga and Corporate classes in your office.

Whether you are just starting to explore yoga, re-introducing yourself to yoga in your life again or have been practicing for a number of years on your journey; Prue will adapt each class to suit each individuals levels and ability.

Prue has devised 6 week yoga programs that help you achieve you personal lifestyle goals, e.g. improve your posture, weight loss, increase strength or flexibility, reduce stress, coping with anxiety or depression. Additionally I provide complementary training exercises to balance your existing training plans such as running, triathlons or football to help prevent injury or recover from one.

 

Hatha Yoga

Helps balance busy life styles; relaxing, slowing down and quietening the mind.
 

Ashtanga

This practice moves through the Primary series of postures, linked together with flowing vinyasa.
 

Vinyasa / Flow Yoga

A flowing Dynamic sequence of postures designed for conditioning, toning and focus. This class emphasises the connection of movement with the breath. 
 

Hot Yoga and Hot Flow

The room is heated allowing muscles, ligaments and tendons to be warmed and stretched in a specific sequence. This is a cardiovascular class, rejuvenating the entire system and a great way to detox.

Pregnancy Yoga

Connecting mothers with their baby by using yoga movement and breath, to help them feel more confident and comfortable, plus couples preparation for labour and birth.
 

Postnatal Yoga: giving “me time” to mothers

This offers a chance to regain energy and vitality.
 

Restorative & Yin Yoga

Using the slow movement of the body with the rhythm of the breath to open the body and focus the mind. Holding postures for an extended time to help open up and release the connective tissue.
 

Meditation & Pranayama

Using breathing exercises, pranayama, to create inspiration and mindfulness, thereby reducing stress.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga for anxiety and depression. Or yoga for healing and preventing sports injury / people with disabilities, in particular wheelchair based people with MS. 
 

Yoga Nidra

“Yogic sleep" Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
 

Indian Head Massage

A deeply relaxing head and scalp massage at the end of your practice in savasana!

New Moon Manifestation & Luna Flow Workshop

🌑 New Moon = New Beginnings ✨
Each month the MOON gives you a chance to MANIFEST (make wishes) and create the life you dream of... 💫
We will join together to explore, understand and learn how to wish upon the NEW MOON ✨
The Moon is up there nearly every night for us to see. We’re connected to her and she is connected to our planet 🌏

To use the Moon as a tool to create the life you want, you simply need to become aware of the lunar cycles and understand the basic principles of manifesting.

In this workshop, Prue will create a sacred space and lead you through a Luna Yoga Vinyasa practice and Meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️
This will inspire the creative soul in you to take time out of your busy life, to slow down, think and journal.
Our luna circle space will be interactive and informative, looking at the natural rhythms of nature

You are encouraged to offer (bring) vegan chocolate for the ceremony and a flower 🌸
No experience or knowledge necessary, just an open mind and open heart 💚

Prue is passionate about yoga, food and nutrition. She enjoys helping people understand more about brining yoga into their everyday life and educating them on healthy lifestyles in a creative and real life way, enabling them to enjoy life everyday! Namaste
